Service - prompt, pleasant, helpful
Location - could not be better. Close to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Their beach club was new and really well done. The gazebos were large, sand was clean and soft and the amenities were spot on (showers, bathrooms, restaurant).
Rooms - the room was a good size, nice linens and comfortable bed. The terrace had a good view and it was very quiet with no noise coming from the hallway or outside. The only improvement that can be made is a refresh of the shower grout/water seals.
The hotel is really dated. The room had a flashing alarm light going off all night long and it took two days for this to be corrected. The toilet was leaking all night and the elevator stopped working twice during our stay so we had to take …
